Notes from Fin:
Grown by Box Grove Vineyard on Taungurung Country. Rainwater was added to the skins for a 7 day maceration. Pressed to old oak. Canned after 2 months in barrel. Tangerine, apricots, roses and elderflower with touches of guava and pineapple. A sparkling fruit salad.
