Great to see another collaboration from The Other Right and Scintilla, who shared a winery until last year when Scintilla moved into their own space.
This is a collection of all the organically grown white grapes from the 2021 vintage including Chardonnay, Viognier, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris. A little top quality aged organic grape spirit was mixed in and then it was all left to age in barrel for a year. This is a dessert wine done in the Macvin style (a traditional style of the Jura). Luscious, complex and really small production in these beautiful 500ml bottles!
