Multi-vintage sparkling wine from James Madden and Scintilla, left on lees in old french oak then bottled with juice from the first pick of 2021. Disgorged in May. Fresh chamomile, granny smith apple, subtle tropical tannins and creaminess. Hand picked, hand processed, hand everything.
