Notes from the Vinbag legends...
A white field blend of direct pressed Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc with skin contact Riesling. Seriously delicious fleshy white stone fruit into green apple goodness; a mouthful of summer. Fruit for the Trips field blend was hand-picked in Central Victoria and fermented with indigenous yeasts. There was no fining or filtration of the wine and only minimal sulphites added at bottling. 1.5 litres, 15 glasses, 3 weeks drinking time once opened, 80% less the carbon footprint than a bottle equivalent.
