Our Table Red is a field blend of red and white varietals comprising Shiraz, Mataro, Grenache and Pinot Gris. A fuller-flavoured red blended down with Pinot Gris makes this wine heaps more versatile and highly drinkable. A generous and well-balanced wine; a fun sum of its many lovingly blended parts. Our Table Red fruit was hand-picked in the Grampians and Central Victoria and fermented with indigenous yeasts. There was no fining or filtration of the wine and only minimal sulphites at bottling. 1.5 litres, 15 glasses, 3 weeks drinking time once opened, 80% less the carbon footprint than a bottle equivalent.
