Mark and Alicia AKA Borachio previously made this wine with the intention for it to be drunk as a rosé or pseudo rosé, this time it's definitely in the light red zone. A blend of Pinot Noir, Dolectto, Chardonnay and Savagnin from Mount Compass and Mount Torrens. Built for a sunny arvo in the park. What are you waiting for!
