Giles Lapalus is from third generation wine-making family hailing from the Cluny region of Burgundy (not some town in Australia with a coincidental name; the actual Burgundy).
His career in the wine industry has taken him through the regions of Burgundy and into Languedoc, Medoc and Beaujolais, then internationally to Tuscany, Campania, Chile and finally Australia. We'll let Giles explain this delicious Pet Nat!:
