Koppitsch turns out ethereal wines that just make you go WOW.
This is vibrant for sure, but conveys a lot of soft basil & orange blossom florals. The palate is full of fruit and spice, think quinces, nectarines and dried mango; with just a hint of ginger to really finish it off. The finish takes you to a bone-dry place. We recommend a good bit of oxygen in order to see what this wine really can do.
