Hills Collide formed through a 20 year friendship between Winemaker Mitchell Fitzpatrick and Bar Owner Shane Ettridge.
There's not too much Adelaide Hills Nebbiolo, but we're starting to see a few more of this cult-followed variety from the region, and it seems to grow quite nicely! This has that lovely orange, negroni and bitters quality that Nebb can have, with a touch of earthyness and some subdued but beautiful red fruit. This one was only a small batch, so there's not much of this around!
