Since the first Gentle Folk vintage in 2013, winemaker Gareth Belton has been refining his approach with each vintage.
These 2021 single vineyard releases may just be some of the finest yet - and that's saying a lot, if you've been following the Gentle progression as keenly as we have.  The Scary Gully vineyard is organically farmed and sits on shallow rocky soils at an altitude of 620m (one of the highest in the Adelaide Hills). This is an absolute cracker, full of stone fruit, lemon, lime with a perfect acidity and smooth creamyness.
