Raphael Fumey and Adeline Chatelain started off as grape growers who were devastated by frost during the 1991 vintage, forcing them to try to make some of their own wine from the tiny amount of grapes that were left.
The husband and wife team haven't looked back, and in the process have become highly sought after producers based in the Arbois sub-region of the Jura. This is a gorgeous sparkling rose with cherry, cranberry and red berry flavours and a refreshing chalkiness. A cracking Jura sparkling from this awesome small batch producer!
