Jeremy Ottawa moved from Sydney to the Barossa Valley in the year 2000 for vintage work and ended up staying.
Lily grew up in the Barossa immersed in the wine industry and then studied Environmental Science. One thing led to another, and now this duo is Drifter Wine Co: a small operation with a passion for natural wine and sustainable agriculture. This beauty is a blend of Mataro & Grenache, all whole bunch fermented in clay amphora. It's earthy and lush with dark berry and raspberry flavours, a subtle spice, and smooth finish.
