Jeremy Ottawa moved from Sydney to the Barossa Valley in the year 2000 to do a vintage and later started his winemaking career at St Hallett.
Lily grew up in the Barossa immersed in the wine industry and then studied Environmental Science. Together, they make Drifter Wine Co, a small operation with a passion for natural wine and sustainable agriculture. This is a soft and easy going red with berry and dark fruit flavours and some caramel and vanilla notes from time in the barrel. Jeremy and Lily describe it as their go-to Friday night pizza wine.
