Peter Dredge is: Dr Edge, winemaker extraordinaire.
In addition to being the head winemaker at Meadowbank about an hour outside of Hobart, Peter has also made a name for himself in recent years under this label. The 2021 vintage was a low-yeilding year, but the quality was outstanding. So basically, this is awesome and there's not much of it! Bright, light and clear with beautiful red berry flavours, a refreshing acidity and a lovely fine tannin adding to the structure on this gem. A really smashing Tassie Pinot!
