Winemaker Josephine Perry established Dormilona (meaning 'lazy bones' in Spanish) upon returning to Western Australia after years working at wineries around the globe in such places as Burgundy, Bordeaux, Spain and California.
She runs Dormilona with minimal intervention philosophies, wild fermentations, minimal sulphur and with passion for quality fruit. This is 100% hand-picked foot-stomped organic Cabernet Sauvignon from Yallingup. Basket pressed and aged in seasoned French oak barriques. An elegant wine with beautiful fruit of dark plum and blackberry. Unfined, unfiltered, and bloody delicious!
