Friends Philippe and Nicholas purchased 12 hectares in 2013 and created Domaine Des Hauts Baigneaux.
With a lo-fi, minimal intervention philosophy, they've been creating some truly special and unique wines out of their parcel in the Loire Valley. A crunchy Cabernet Franc dominant blend, also with 20% each of Gamay and Grolleau, giving it some fruit and a little acid just to keep you on your toes!!
