Sarah Morris and Iwo Jakimowicz are a wife and husband duo behind Si Vintners, a winemaking project with a focus on biodynamic farming and minimal intervention approaches based in Margaret River.
After years working vintages around the world in such places as Italy, Switzerland, South Africa and Spain, the pair made the first Si Vintners wine in a friend's shed in 2006, and bought a vineyard in Margaret River in 2010.
