Clos De Tue-Bœuf is a historic winery in the small town of Les Montils (in Chaverney, Loire Valley) with written records of their wines dating back to the 1500's.
Today, brothers Jean-Marie and Thierry Puzelat tend the vineyards by hand - with only the help of horse and cart! The 2021 Vin Rosé is a blend of Pineau d'Aunis, Gamay and Cabernet Franc. It's a dry rosé packed with strawberry, cherry and Campari-like citrus. Vibrant and lightly textural with a super refreshing minerality. A fantastic food wine!
