Clos De Tue-Bœuf is a historic winery in the small town of Les Montils (in Chaverney, Loire Valley) with written records of their wines dating back to the 1500's.
Today, brothers Jean-Marie and Thierry Puzelat tend the vineyards by hand - with only the help of horse and cart! The Vin Blanc is made from organically farmed Sauvignon Blanc, wild fermented and aged in stainless steel until bottling. There's citrus, pear and apple flavours with a chalkiness and minerality that set it apart - especially from the kind of Sav Blanc that we've become accustomed to in Australia. Great value from this amazing Loire Valley producer!
