Marie-Geneviève and Norbert Molozay discovered and then took over Château de Vaux in September 1999, slowly growing the size of the vineyards and improving the farming practices (becoming certified organic in 2014).
The vines grow on rocky terraces planted on hillsides west of the Moselle River, and the 4 varieties making up this wine (Auxerrois, Muller Thürgau, Pinot-Gris, Gewurztraminer) are all harvested separately at their ideal ripeness. Meticulous attention is paid when blending these together to produce this wine with crisp acidity, peach and floral aromas and gorgeous stone fruit and citrus flavours. Fantastic value for such a quality wine - goes down very easy!
