The Aller Trop Loin story began as a joke after an accident, but when the wine was actually great and sold like hot cakes, winemaker Mark Sztar couldn't let it end there!
He was making a kosher wine for his other label (Six Parallels South) when he accidentally 'de-koshered' a wine - Aller Trop Loin was born, and the rest is history. Now ATL is going from strength to strength and these current releases are absolute gems. This is 100% Sauvignon Blanc with 12 days on skins.
Beautifully rich and textural with fine tannin and a lovely candied tropical fruit character. It's Savvy B, Jim, but not as we know it.
