What started as an accident and joke has become a flourishing label: Aller Trop Loin.
Winemaker Mark Sztar was producing wine for his other label (Six Parallels South, a kosher winery), when he accidentally 'de-koshered' a wine. He was thinking "What should go onto the label? How about a pig!" (the most non-kosher thing there is...). When all the wine sold out in 2 months, he figured there might actually be a future for Aller Trop Loin - and there was. This is a gorgeous well-structured Cab Franc with floral and red fruit aromas and flavours of blueberries and ripe red fruits. Juicy!
