Named after Chris’ (one of the brewers) second daughter.
Barrel aged golden ale blended with tree ripened white peaches from Thornbrook Orchard in Nashdale. Macerated for four and a half months, and refermented together before bottling where carbonation and maturation occurs. Obviously a tonne of white peaches on the front, with a bit of caramelised pineapple from the golden ale. Far more of a wine vibe with this one due to the acid. Grab an ice bucket and your finest zalto and away you go.
