Notes from Koen AKA Bink wines. 
20% whole bunch, 80% destemmend fruit on top, fermented dry on skins. Fruit forward in nose with spice complexity in mouth. Love how this wine has such an elegance but at the same time has structure to not make it ‘too easy’. Pick of the bunch for me.
