A side hustle from Little Reddie.
Two parts here; A couple of very pretty Nebbiolo rose barrels and, more complex co-ferment of Nebbiolo rose pressings with Chardonnay pressings. These two parts were blended for deliciousness. Clean and pale terracotta in the glass. Strawberry water, peaches and mint aromas - but not sickly. Really lovely palate weight with subtle texture. Small strawberry fruit and subtle grapefruit acidity play very well. Goes with Friday afternoons, goats cheese, mortadella sando’s and pizza.
