Our new Shiraz. Light and easily drinkable as always but with texture and complexity to keep you all interested. Fruity nose/savoury palate sort of setup. Cherry tart, red sour berry, crunchy tannins. 100% Shiraz grown & handpicked in Redesdale, VIC. 2/3 whole bunch, foot stomped daily, 1/3 hand destemmed, gentle plunging 20 day maceration,  6 and a half months elevage in old oak barrels, wild ferment and no fining or filtering. No sulphur or additives of any kind, at any stage.
