Freshness in a glass!
The boys knocked this one out of the park again this vintage. 100% vermentino on skins for 20 days. The ferment is split, half cooled, half ambient then blended back together. Lightly grippy, but totally fresh! Like quince and peach iced tea with a few spices sprinkled on top. Summer wine. Get the deck chair ready.
