Super light Syrah in a medium bodied aromatic & perfumed style. (3) different ferments make up the wine. Hand Destemmed whole-berries fermented in whole bunch pressed juice make the base wine. While destemmed early picked & later pick ferments layer & balance with fruit weight & structure, Newer & seasoned barrique elevage.
