The fun and easy side project from the Koerner's.
This is a blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris from the southern end of the Adelaide Hills. There's a bit of whole bunch and plunging action for a couple of weeks before it's allowed to settle in stainless steel. Probably the freshest red in the shop right now. Brilliant.
