Chenin picked over (2) periods. Early picked portion free-run juice gives bright acidity fermented in stainless & matured in Concrete Egg. Later pick portion whole-bunch pressed & barrel fermented in new(er) Barriques. Bone dry style showing lemon curd, chamomile flowers, custard apple, honey & yellow jelly baby. Lovely textured mouthfeel.
