This is the brainchild of Louis Broderick from Basket Range Wine and Severine Perru, wine director of The Ten Bells in NY.
Cabernet Sauvignon from Mount Compass, 100% destemmed and fermented on skins for 5 ays before pressing to barrel, bottled in February 2022. Light bodied red wine with varietal notes of classic Cab Sauv, displaying primary red and dark fruit with sharp acidity and structured tannin. Ideally chilled for optimal drinkability. 700 bottles produced.
