Extended maceration Malvasia!
Organic since 2004, the Pradarolo estate is Emilia-Romagna, and located 250-500 metres above sea level. Within the winery they only use native yeasts, and no SO2 at all. Malvasia Di Candia here on skins for 180 days, unfined, unfiltered and no SO2 added. Wickedly aromatic. As if you're walking through a field filled with wild, white flowers. Palate is loaded with herbs, citrus peel, stone fruit and a loooonnnnggg tannic finish. Hell of a ride, strap in.
