Brendan Cato aka Carto Wines uses hand picked fruit from certified organic or organic practising vineyards across NSW, and SA. Shiraz from Rosnay Organic Farm, Canowindra NSW macerated for three hours then whole-bunch pressed. Juicy and light. Summer-time drinking.
