New wines from Uffe!
This is Pinot Noir from the Hamilton (Golden Child Wines) vineyard in Kuitpo, Adelaide Hills. Half of the grapes were pressed directly over the other half for fermentation. All grapes were whole bunch and foot stomped. Aged 5 month in neutral oak. Spicy.
