This wine is a great clear expression of Eden Valley Riesling.
It’s very fragrant with initial aromas of stone fruit and hints of minerality. It’s got good acid, that cuts through the centre of the palate with flavours of citrus driven fruits. Pairs well with ceviche or spice driven curries or noodles. The mouthfeel is zippy, with good acid structure that pulls nicely through the palate.
