Classic Owen Latta "half magnums"...
Good times indeed. Pinot Gris is involved in this little number with a tiny splash of Pinot Noir for more texture. One harvest of both the Gris and Noir, pressed straight to tank, juice is naturally fermented, with the ferment continuing in bottle to capture that light fizz in the bottle. Magnums will be out later in the year to celebrate the good times, now for the moment its just the lovely mini half magnums.
