Notes from Bob… and Tom!
This wine is 50% skin contact gewurztraminer and 50% skin contact sauvignon blanc. Both fermentations were on skins until the caps started to sink and then aged in separate old french barriques until we bottled in spring. This wine shows a nice interplay between fruitier and greener notes making it dangerously easy to drink alone.
