Jean-Paul worked his first vintage in 2007 in Nuits Saint George, Burgundy.
He starting out picking grapes, but somehow ended up in the winery within a week. Notes from him - Made in a dry French style, handpicked, gently pressed, and fermented in old barriques using indigenous yeast. The result is a super elegant, mineral, dry rosé with flavours of wild strawberries and a hint of rose petals.
