Jean-Paul worked his first vintage in 2007 in Nuits Saint George, Burgundy.
He starting out picking grapes, but somehow ended up in the winery within a week. Made in a light, drink now style. Left on skins only seven days and aged in French oak. The Nebbiolo is elegant and fruit driven, with flavours of red Cherries, aniseeds and a little savoury tannin. Bottled without fining or filtering.
