Collectively we have always thought Adelaide Hills Riesling was special. This is our homage to it. A balance of residual sugar and natural acidity that combines Adelaide Hills Riesling’s propensity for floral flavours that makes this a very drinkable number. Thoughtful viticulture and careful winemaking is evident here.
