Syrah grown on the mineral rich decomposed granite soils of Faraday (VIC).
20% whole bunch (7 day carbonic maceration) 80% whole berry, elevage in seasoned oak for 12 months. Delicate, pretty and intriguing aromatics of spice and earth, beautiful balance of red and black fruits, fine boned structure, supple and smooth with great length. All wines unfiltered, unfined, wild fermented and no additions of any kind - just grapes.
