From Drumborg down in far Western Victoria, this is grown on the old Seppelts Drumborg Vineyard (est 1964 at 54m Alt) Farmed & Managed by the very talented Larry Sadle for a long timer. This block of Gewürztraminer was planted in 2011. There were original 60s & 70s plantings unfortunately pulled out in the 80s & 90s. It sees skin contact for around 5 days, Pressed off, then goes to barrel for 10 months, then bottled. Very excited to produce this wine!
