Le Vin du Rosier is a celestial superwine, made from grapes grown from the thorn of a rose.
Otherwise known as Garnacha. In 2021 it was grown in Tabilk, Goulburn Valley. 100% Destemmed, gently hand plunged over 10 days. Immaculately conceived or maybe a wild fermentation. 2 months in old oak. Boisterous red berry fruit, blood orange pith and fresh cut dry grass. Soft fluffy tannins and mouth-watering acidity. No fining. No filtering.
