Based in the small town Blacé, in Beaujolais, Sylvere Trichard took over his families four hectares of vines from his uncle in 2012.
There are now 6.5 hectares under vine, all certified organic and farmed biodynamically. Full of colour, ripe berries, a touch of spice and seductive aromas. Give it a chill in the hot weather. This one will be equally at home in the park with a snack or on the table with a ragu or eggplant parmigiana.
