A blend of local red and white varieties.
Fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and macerated on the skins for 2 days. It is aged in wood and bottle. The colour is rather intense pink and the nose expresses the scent of flowers, forest aromas and wild berries. On the palate it is very fresh, with a savoury note.
