All Gingin Clone. Whiffs of lemon curd, vanilla cream, sweet spice, jasmine floral things, faint flinty things – real pretty and quite ‘classic’ in its way. Cool and crisp in the palate, very racy, pure, lean and fresh, light creaminess slides its way in, it’s quite intense and powerful in a way too. So even and svelte and fine. This is exceptional.
