The White-ish is back!
Chardonnay from weathered sandstone-quartz soils in the Southern Highlands, hand picked early with a pinch of skin contact. It is a combination of hand de-stemmed fruit – on skins for ten days then basket pressed to old oak – and whole bunches. The result is a cloudy, refreshing, zingy light white/orange wine that looks like a dream and is an absolute delight to drink.
