Gewurztraminer from the Tamar valley in the north of the state, 100% destemmed and left on skins for 60 days before being pressed to tank and large old oak. The tanks version was released first with a crown seal, while the old oak style was left in barrel to be bottled under cork at a later date. Small batch, only 600 bottles produced.
