Bottled under high density, disgorged after 3 months on lees. Green apples and mandarin, generous fruit and textured, yet at the same time its got presence and zippiness. A good bulle, fruit forward intertwined with freshly baked brioche, spades of freshness. Persistent and long, a serious Pet Nat.
