Vino Bianco is Gazzetta Australian lable of an orange wine to pour. The wine is a blend of Procanico, Malvasia Toscana and Trebbiano macerated about one month on skins with light punch downs as to not extract too much, then pressed into stainless steel tanks. Skinsy but vibrant, great balance of fruit and delicate tannins.
